History of Pen

There was a time where there was no pens in the market. Only the pencils and eraser were available. If any business want to sign any agreement, they have use finger for stamp. But there was misuse of the stamp. All was worried about the future situation. Pencil cannot be used for signature. Because anyone can erase it. There was invention of foundation pen by a student named Petrache Poenaru who is a student in Paris. In that time, Ink were used. It had disadvantage like student have take ink with pen , fill it while writing. So there was wastage of time and Sometime the ink would fallen on the paper. It was helpful but needed improvement in it. John J Loud invented the first ballpoint pen. In 1888, the ballpoint pen became the most durable and widely used pen. To prevent the ink from drying out and distribute the ink smoothly was the purpose of it. In different century , different pens were introduced like at 3200BC, reed pen were used; At 600AD, Quill were used; At 1822, steel point pen were used; At 1827, foundation pen were used.
